Ricci & Associates is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to work remotely, ensuring the accurate and efficient input of essential data. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tasks independently. This role supports our operations by maintaining data accuracy and providing critical reports, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Key... Responsibilities: ?? Input, update, and maintain accurate data across systems and databases. ?? Verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections as needed. ?? Collaborate remotely with other departments to gather, clarify, or validate data. ?? Generate and distribute reports, summaries, or data exports for internal use. ?? Maintain electronic records in compliance with data security policies. ?? Monitor workflows to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications: ?? Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role. ?? High typing speed with strong accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred). ?? Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data management tools. ?? Familiarity with CRMs or similar database systems is a plus. ?? Ability to work efficiently remotely with minimal supervision. ?? Strong organizational and time management skills. ?? High attention to detail and data integrity.

Educational Requirements: ?? High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).

Pay: 25-32$/hr
