Responsibilities :
?? Assist guests with check-in and check-out, phone interactions, and face-to-face interactions
?? Provide information and directions to guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience
?? Process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
?? Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities

Requirements :
?? Previous cash handling experience
?? Previous computer experience
?? Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications :
?? Proficient in English and Japanese language
?? Knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred
?? Previous work experience in a hotel or front desk environment
?? Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
