?? Support the organization and coordination of specific projects
?? Provide project oversight that promotes the company??s culture
?? Align projects with specific business unit goals
?? Gather & analyze data related to projects
?? Write documentation and communicate with stakeholders
?? Ensure all projects deliver critical outcomes that meet or exceed expectations and are on schedule
?? Collaborate with Project Managers to develop, organize, lead, and monitor specific projects
?? Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
?? Articulate and manage project metrics, including outcomes, budget, and ROI
?? Manage resources across projects
?? Manage stakeholders?? communication
?? Identify market trends and opportunities for improvement
?? Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout projects
Requirements: ?? Bachelor??s degree in business, information systems, or a related field ?? Possess strong analytical and organizational skills to manage priorities... in a deadline-oriented environment ?? Balanced business/technical background ?? Experience with project management techniques and methods ?? Familiarity with Agile principles ?? blending traditional project management practices with an Agile development approach to provide the appropriate level of agility and predictability ?? Experience in a collaborative environment with success in relationship management ?? Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with program/project management software (MS Project, JIRA, Miro, etc.) is a strong advantage ?? Strong written and verbal communications skills (to include presentation skills) ?? Strong problem-solving & analytical skills ?? Industry knowledge of the insurance sector & related operational models is a strong advantage
