Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Freight Transport Driver:
Safely operate a truck and trailer combo to move packages between UPS facilities or to customers on predetermined routes.
Be accessible for work at varying times, including daytime, nighttime, and weekends.
Observe all DOT and organizational policies, including meeting the requirements of the DOT physical examination.
Comply with the UPS dress regulations and wear the uniform given by the corporation.
Manifesting trustworthiness, duty, and a fervor for steering tractor-trailers.
Stay compliant with regulations to maintain your right to work in the United States.
Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Freight Transport Driver:
Carrying a genuine CDL (commercial drivers license) from the state of domicile.
The location of your driving job may dictate the need for a Doubles/Triples endorsement.
Meeting the criteria of a Department of Transportation physical exam.
