Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Responsibilities: ?? Carry out cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on Airbnb and VRBO. ?? Handle laundry duties for bed linens, bath towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are properly dried... ?? Make beds in all bedrooms and change linens as necessary. ?? Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other communal areas. ?? Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets when needed. ?? Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills. ?? Empty trash cans and replace liners. ?? Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. ?? Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures. ?? Deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns and accommodating special requests.

Skills:
?? Preferred experience in cleaning Airbnb or hotel environments.
?? Strong customer service skills for effective communication and addressing client needs.
?? Familiarity with housekeeping management practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and replenishing disposables.
?? Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
?? Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
?? Knowledge of laundering techniques for linens and towels.
