Requirements: ?? Bachelor??s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master??s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred ?? Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner or strategic HR role ?? Experience working with a commercial organization, highly preferred ?? Proven experience in organization development, performance management, and change management ?? Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus ?? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to... influence and build relationships with key stakeholders ?? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality ?? Data-driven mindset with the ability to use HR analytics to drive decisions ?? Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices ?? Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to business goals ?? Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving ?? Resilient and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment ??
