What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues effectively

• Strong typing skills (20+ words per minute)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
