Qualifications:

Bachelor??s degree in Education or a related field (Master??s degree preferred). State Teaching Certification (or eligibility for certification).
?? Proven experience teaching general education in a K-12 setting (virtual teaching experience preferred).
?? Strong familiarity with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, or similar).
?? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
?? Ability to build rapport with students and foster a positive virtual classroom environment.
?? Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
?? Tech-savvy and proficient in using educational software and tools.
?? Passion for helping students succeed and grow academically

Preferred Qualifications: ?? Experience working in an online teaching environment. ?? Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instruction. ?? Certification in additional subjects (e.g., Math, Science, Social Studies, English). ?? Familiarity with Common Core or other state-specific curriculum frameworks.
