Major, Lindsey & Africa??s law firm client is seeking an Interim Counsel, part-time 10-30 hours per week to assist with audit letters and responses for 12+ months.

Experience: 5+ years experience

Location: Remote

Responsibilities: ?? Provide counsel to law firm clients when they receive an audit letter. ?? Pull data and access financial systems to create Audit-Letter Response. ?? Ability to respond quickly to audit letter requests.

Qualifications: ?? JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any state. ?? 5+ years of legal experience, with some emphasis in audit letters and audit-letter response. ?? Highly organized.
