Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Assist customers in navigating our website and placing orders
Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members to improve response times and service
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or related fields
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
PAY RATE: $19.21 - $31.42 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
Proven experience in customer service or related fields
