Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify trends and recurring issues to report to management for process improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of products and enhance customer interaction skills.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
