Job Title: HR Recruiter (Hybrid)
Location: Work from Home till July, then Office in Noida
Shift: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Sunday Off)
Languages Required: English & Hindi

Requirements: ?? Must have a laptop

Offer Letter: Issued within 1 week of joining

Salary:
?? ?10,000 to ?15,000 (based on 10 joining) during training
?? Training Period: 3 months (Target-based salary)
?? Post Training: Fixed salary + Increment after 6 months

Incentives: Unlimited for extra joining's

Job Role & Responsibilities: ?? Conduct phone interviews with candidates ?? Schedule interviews with clients ?? Follow up to ensure candidates join ?? Responsible for end-to-end recruitment ?? Source candidates through the database ?? Conduct pre-interview screening ?? Hire exclusively for non-IT clients
