Responsibilities
Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into accurate written documents.
Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and punctuation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information included in the transcripts.
Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of completed transcripts.
Utilize transcription software and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Communicate promptly with team members regarding any issues or clarifications needed.
No prior experience in transcription or related fields is required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent listening skills to ensure accurate transcriptions of audio recordings.
Basic knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
Access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate transcription software.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
