?? Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

Required Skills
?? Typing Skills: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
?? Tech Proficiency: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
?? Communication: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
?? Customer Service: Previous experience in a helpdesk or support role will be advantageous.
?? Reliability: Maintain a strong internet connection and capacity to work remotely.

Qualifications
