Job Description:
Are you mechanically inclined with a keen attention to detail? Join our team as a Production Associate I and play a critical role in the teardown and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines. This is a hands-on position where you will disassemble engines, clean components, and inspect parts to ensure quality and readiness for the next production stage.

Responsibilities: ?? Disassemble diesel engines and components. ?? Clean engine parts and prepare them for inspection. ?? Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials. ?? Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. ?? Maintain a clean and organized workspace. ?? Collaborate with teammates and support staff to meet production goals. ?? Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.

Key Skills:
?? Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks.
?? Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
?? Strong attention to detail.
?? Experience working with engines (preferred).
