The House of Mercier is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Call Queue Manager! In this remote position, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient call experience for our customers. This role requires no prior experience as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming customer calls, directing them to the appropriate departments and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. If you're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the incoming call queue, ensuring calls are directed to the right agents promptly.
• Assist customers by answering general inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
• Utilize our call management systems to track and manage call flows efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with customer service agents to maintain a high level of service.
• Document call patterns and help identify areas for service improvement.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues as required to foster team success.
• No prior experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to convey information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call management systems are a plus.
