Overview The General Manager (GM) will own and manage state and partner-level P&L for multiple states, focusing on improving healthcare delivery for people living with kidney disease. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. • 8+ years in multi-site healthcare services. • 5 years in leadership roles. • Experience in Value Based Care. • Strong relationship and communication skills. • Ability to navigate ambiguity. • Proficient in establishing KPIs. • Commitment to confidentiality.
