MCAT Tutor, Bio-Section (Remote)

TPAPT, a national nonprofit consortium of over 12,000 locally owned and operated Tutoring & College Advising Programs, is seeking an experienced MCAT tutor specializing in Biology/Biochemistry. This is a remote tutoring position, providing flexibility and convenience for both the tutor and the students.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the MCAT exam and its content in these areas. They will be responsible for providing high-quality one-on-one remote tutoring sessions to help students prepare for the MCAT exam.

Position: MCAT Tutor (Bio)

Tutoring Session Length: 60-90 minutes

Classification: Contract (1099)

Location: Remote

Responsibilities: ?? Provide online tutoring sessions to students preparing for the MCAT exam in the Biological Sciences section ?? Create customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals ?? Review and analyze practice tests and identify areas for improvement ?? Provide guidance and support to help students develop effective study strategies ?? Maintain detailed records of student progress and session notes ?? An earned Bachelor's degree ?? Strong MCAT scores knowledge of the MCAT exam and its content in the Biological Sciences section ?? Demonstrable experience in MCAT tutoring or teaching, preferably in this section ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?? Ability to work remotely and provide online tutoring sessions ?? Flexibility and availability to accommodate students' schedules
