Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist

We are currently hiring for a Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist position with a heavy emphasis on payroll processing 3 days a week. This is a remote position base out of Oklahoma City, OK or Vancouver, WA area.

Qualifications: ?? We are seeking someone who enjoys working with our community team members and thrives in a fast-paced environment ?? Candidates must have previous payroll experience and knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements. Paycom experience is required. ?? Proficiency with the HRIS, Paycom ?? Strong MS Office and Excel skills are required ?? Basic knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws ?? Ability to work in both a team environment and independently ?? Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience and/or training, SHRM or PHR preferred ?? Previous experience in an assisted living or long term care is a plus

Responsibilities: ?? Process payroll and provide tax support as needed, 3 days weekly ?? Ensure HRIS and other HR system access is updated ?? Provide support in administering Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation programs ?? Recruiting support as required ?? Partner with HR team on special projects and reports related to a wide variety of company and HR initiatives ?? Back up support for Benefits and 401k ?? Responsible for maintaining confidential employee information such as personal data, compensation and benefits

This is a remote position, with traditional working hours primarily Monday-Friday, though occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
