Must be able to travel to Brandon, FL for 2nd week of training

Schedule: Monday ?? Friday, 8:00 am ?? 5:00 pm (EST)

Pay: $21-$23 FHA Exp ?? does not need to be local but must be able to travel to Brandon for the second week of training

Job Description
?? Handle both pre and post-sales services such as lockouts, evictions and trash outs
?? Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly
?? Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion
?? Utilize multiple data bases and software programs to assist in performing and completing day to day job duties
?? Negotiate and submit bids into HUD's P260 data base for approval
?? Convey properties to HUD standards for later sales
?? Additional duties as assigned

Nice to have:
?? Negotiating experience a plus
?? Construction experience in any capacity a plus
?? Call Center experience a plus

Requirements: ?? (1) year of office experience required ?? FHA Property Preservation experience ?? Proficient in MS Office ?? Strong negotiation skills ?? High school diploma or equivalent is required ?? Background check required ?? Drug screening required
