What You??ll Do:
?? Sales Focus: Make outbound calls, build rapport with prospects, and close sales to hit key sales metrics.
?? Lead Conversion: Work with provided leads to generate auto, home, and other insurance policies.
?? Client Support: Handle light service work to maintain exceptional client relationships.
?? Team Collaboration: Stay connected live on Zoom throughout the day for support, coaching, and camaraderie to drive sales success.

What We??re Looking For:
?? Licensed Professional: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
?? Sales-Savvy: Comfortable making outbound calls and turning prospects into clients.
?? Time Zone Flexibility: Available to work 8:30 AM ?? 5:00 PM PST.
?? Remote Work Setup: Must have:
?? A hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
?? A dedicated, closed-door home office to maintain professionalism during Zoom calls.
