Payroll Business Analyst - Oracle

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join the team. This role focuses on supporting payroll processing. The team works remotely.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle eBusiness Suite, specifically for Accounts Payable and Payroll modules. ?? Report Creation and Troubleshooting: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain both recurring and ad-hoc reports. This is a critical function as the organization has recently lost its primary report resource. ?? Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions. ?? Problem Solving: Identify deficiencies in the current Oracle system, quantify their costs/pains, and optimize processes to address these issues. ?? Third-Party Integration: Ensure seamless integration with third-party timekeeping systems such as Kronos and other relevant systems.

Qualifications: ?? Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. ?? Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly in Accounts Payable and Payroll. ?? Technical Skills: ?? Proficiency in Oracle 12.1 eBusiness Suite. ?? Strong report creation and troubleshooting skills. ?? Experience with third-party timekeeping systems like Kronos. ?? Experience with MS Access and Excel ?? Comfortable with SQL / PL/SQL coding and review to uncover and resolve issues within the Oracle system. ?? Soft Skills: ?? Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders. ?? Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify and address system deficiencies. ?? Strong analytical skills to quantify costs/pains and optimize processes.
