About the position

Responsibilities
?? Lead development efforts and drive adoption of technology solutions.

?? Interface with business partners to design and implement software solutions.

?? Provide guidance on software architecture and design decisions.

?? Manage development projects through all phases including inception, elaboration, development, testing, and implementation.

?? Perform development using HCA standards and maintain code control through tools like Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

?? Complete unit testing and participate in peer/code reviews.

?? Provide advanced software development troubleshooting to other development teams.

Requirements
?? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

?? 7+ years of experience with software architecture and delivery.

?? Proven leadership experience.

?? Experience using Google Cloud and its architecture.

?? Familiarity with Dialogflow CX or other conversational technologies.

Nice-to-haves
?? Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, GitHub, and various programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, JavaScript, and Node.js.
