?? QA/Data Analyst responsible for auditing, manipulating, and uploading client data
?? Assist Senior QA Specialist in the final testing and quality assurance of builds
?? Collaborate with senior teammates to manage EDI/file integration projects
?? Serve as a subject matter resource in client meetings
?? Assist with providing guidance on SOPs and process improvements

Requirements: ?? Minimum education required: Associate??s, or Bachelor??s degree, or equivalent work experience ?? 3-6 years of applicable software implementation experience ?? Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts ?? Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation ?? Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time) ?? Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving ?? Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
