The Helgemo Team at Compass is seeking both experienced and new licensed real estate agents to join their fast-growing team. This position offers a hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling, allowing agents to manage their time effectively while receiving comprehensive support and high-quality leads from Zillow and other sources. The role focuses on listing and selling residential real estate, providing exceptional service to clients, and leveraging in-house operational support to close multiple transactions each month.

Responsibilities
?? List and sell residential real estate, guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process.

?? Conduct property evaluations and prepare market analyses to ensure accurate pricing.

?? Stay responsive and available to your buyers and sellers, providing exceptional service.

?? Use our CRM and systems to stay organized and maintain a steady pipeline of business.

?? Maintain an active Florida Real Estate License.

Requirements
?? Valid Florida Real Estate License (Required).

?? 1 year of sales experience (Preferred).
