Key Responsibilities
?? Maintain a strong pipeline and demonstrate proven production capabilities.
?? Work with a variety of loan types, including home purchases, refinancing, and cash-out loans.

Requirements
?? Valid NMLS license.
?? At least 1 year of experience in loan origination.
?? Proven track record with 3+ units closed monthly or $750K in originations.
?? Experience with Encompass is a plus.
?? Ability to work remotely.
