About the position

The Population Health Training Coordinator at CareAllies is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of training standards for the Population Health training team. This role requires strong organizational skills, social skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team. The coordinator will create and maintain training materials, manage operational manuals, and ensure effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities
• Create, maintain, and own training materials and updates for the Population Health Operational Manual.
,
• Develop knowledge checks for the adoption/training team.
,
• Create onboarding manuals and Population Health Training FAQs.
,
• Maintain a quick reference guide for troubleshooting.
,
• Own updates for the Provider Portal and manage usage and adoption reporting.
,
• Investigate data issues and act as a liaison between end users and data teams.
,
• Monitor tickets, provide support, and report on issues.
,
• Create pertinent communications as needed and maintain a training tracker list and calendar of all trainings.
,
• Manage a confidential SharePoint for materials, distribution lists, team structure, and manuals.
,
• Conduct new functionality testing and report results.
,
• Deliver end-user training as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred.
,
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
,
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
,
• Proven ability to foster and manage working relationships in a matrix environment.
,
• Experience with streamlining processes to increase productivity.
,
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
,
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
,
• Advanced skills in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).

Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of healthcare services industry or similar.
