Responsibilities
?? Partner with real estate professionals to generate loan referrals.

?? Utilize a variety of loan products to meet client needs, including Non-QM and Down Payment Assistance programs.

?? Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

?? Maintain relationships with realtors to foster ongoing business opportunities.

Requirements
?? Active Florida MLO License for 2024.

?? Bilingual in Spanish and English.

?? Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loan Partner or Loan Officer/Originator.

?? Experience in self-generating leads with various loan products.

Nice-to-haves
?? Experience with Encompass LOS and SimpleNexus for point of sale.

?? Familiarity with Bonzo CRM and Mortgage Marketing Automation.
