The Zippy Guide Assistant (ZG I) is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of sales experience in a high-volume outbound and inbound call center environment. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through proactive communication, supporting licensed Zippy Guides, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

?? Support licensed MLOs in all functions as business demand rises.

?? Review and prepare documents for processor submission.

?? Participate in training to prepare for the SAFE exam if needed.
Requirements
?? 1-2 years of sales experience in a high outbound/inbound call center environment.
?? Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools.
?? Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
?? Proactive and autonomous worker.
?? Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience preferred.
?? MLO licensing helpful but not required.
