Description Summary: Huntington Bank's Consumer and Regional Bank Business Analyst - Senior - Cash and ATM Channel will focus on cash management for the branch and ATM ecosystem across the bank, as well as ATM Channel and other distribution & execution initiatives in the Physical Channels Organization within Consumer and Regional Banking. The Business Analyst - Senior - Cash and ATM Channel leads assigned projects and/or provides advanced specialized consultative support to other team members for assigned business process and/or system(s) that are typically more complex and of a larger impact to the company. Duties & Responsibilities: Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s). Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements. Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s). Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems. Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements. Develops and generates special and ad hoc reports. Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users. Monitor and drive performance to achieve Channel KPI, SLAs, budgets, OKR, and goals. Serves as liaison between Channel vendors and business process system users and other corporate areas, including in-depth communication with the Retail segment. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience with ATMs or cash management operations, execution, strategy, and performance; and/or Cash management system hardware, software, servicing or distribution Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and organizational skills. Keen attention to detail. Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and ability to re-prioritize as appropriate. Ability to think strategically.
