Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a cold calling position - all you need to do is schedule meetings, no closing required!

Responsibilities
?? Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in a demo.
?? Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
?? Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects & stay on top of call back requests
?? Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills
?? Strong background in phone sales with a focus on technology sales is preferred.
?? Excellent communication skills in English
?? Ability to be persuasive & handle objections
?? Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and techniques for lead generation.
?? Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs.
?? A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
