Caseload/Details:
?? Kindergarten student
?? Receiving instruction in the general education setting
?? Services for Eligibility - OHI related to bilateral vocal cord paralysis and tracheostomy care
?? Medical needs include:
?? Continuous oxygen saturation monitoring
?? Assessing lung function for coughing, wheezing, or difficulty breathing
?? Administer nebulizer treatments as needed through tracheostomy
?? Administer oxygen as needed through tracheostomy
?? Re-insertion of tracheostomy cannula if dislodged
