As a Remote Mortgage Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work fully remotely while being part of a virtual yet local team. The company provides leads and invests in marketing, allowing you to focus on closing loans. With an excellent CRM for dynamic lead management and a robust loan origination system (LOS), you will have the tools necessary to succeed. Our transparent compensation structure and generous commission plan ensure that your efforts are rewarded. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mortgage consultations to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to offer informed advice. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure a smooth and positive mortgage experience. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the mortgage process from application to closing, while meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets, all while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Requirements
• Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and understanding of the digital mortgage landscape.

• NMLS license is a plus.
