What You'll Do:

Post-close and ship: Prepare loans for delivery to investors and maintain accurate records.
Communicate: Effectively interact with loan officers, loan assistants, real estate agents, and investors.
Manage your time: Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services or real estate (preferred) or 1 year of customer service.
Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.
Knowledge: Understanding of basic real estate principles and mortgage loan documentation.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency with MS Office products and mortgage origination systems.
