Local Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative III to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Resolve complex customer issues and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records in our system accurately.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Consistently meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
