Requirements: ?? 8+ years of sale leadership experience (Director+), with a mix of Mid-Market, SMB (and Enterprise) experience ?? 5+ years of experience as a second/third-line leader and managing multiple layers of sales leadership ?? Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and integrations with technology ecosystems ?? Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize teams within a platform SaaS model ?? Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives ?? Experience building multidimensional sales teams and establishing goals that align teams ?? Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
