Program Manager (part-time)

LOCATION: Remote

REPORT TO: Executive Director

HOURS: 8-12 hours/week, 12-month minimum commitment

COMPENSATION: $25 USD/hour

START DATE: March 3, 2025

Position Overview

Twelve-month commitment reporting to the Executive Director. The Program Manager will provide administrative support, project mentorship as applicable, and communication coordination.

Responsibilities
?? Contribute to fundraising and outreach efforts
?? Provide mentorship and technical assistance to project leaders
?? Organize, attend, lead, and document project and team meetings
?? Support with project and organizational reporting
?? Maintain databases (donor, contacts, project updates, etc.) and internal documents
?? Support the creation and standardization of the organization??s communications
?? Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
?? BA/BS in Public Administration, Communications, Non-profit Management, Marketing, Political Science, Public Health or related field required; MA/MPH/MS in a related field preferred
?? Success in roles requiring the execution of multiple tasks while responding to multiple priorities
?? Proven ability to work independently with efficiency, flexibility, and good humor
?? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential

?? Self-starter, self-disciplined, creative, communicative
