Customer Service - RMA Order Management

Description: • Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from Calix Customers • Order entry for RMA orders, including order validation for order accuracy • Respond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams for resolution • Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams • Inform customer about the ordering process • Control and monitor inventory levels, including making system adjustments based on physical information • Interface with third-party logistics vendors to ensure materials are moving through the supply chain. Requirements: • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com • Transactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processing • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills • Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow through on details, and provide input and feedback to the team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Excel • Possess a professional and cooperative attitude Benefits: Apply Job!
