Government Account Manager (remote)

What you will do The Government Account Manager will manage relationships with our government clients, federal, state and city, to drive sales and revenue. This is a remote position based in the US. If you enjoy managing accounts in the public sector, keep reading! How you will do it • Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts. • Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leads • Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers. • Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction. • Create a strong referral network from your assigned accounts • Expand current contract values through upselling additional software services • Forecasting and tracking – Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities. What we look for • Selling subscription based software, Saas and Haas • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience • 5+ years of account management experience working with public sector clients • Technical aptitude working with software solutions • Relationship management and cross functional communications • Industries, Federal, State and local government experience Apply Job!
