?? The opportunity to develop and execute high-impact sales enablement programs for Account Executives (AE), Solutions Consultants (SC), and Account Managers (AM).
?? A collaborative role within a globally distributed team, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and revenue leadership.
?? Hands-on experience in building training programs for Product, Pricing, Partner, and Competitive strategies to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth.
?? Instructional Design Certification

Requirements: ?? Experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, training, or a related function within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. ?? Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. ?? Experience creating and maintaining training content, including presentations, playbooks, and e-learning materials. ?? Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, ShowPad, Docebo, WorkRamp, or other LMS systems. ?? Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for program optimization. ?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and engagement in training materials. ?? Writes and speaks fluent English. ?? It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
