Job Description:
?At least 11 to 18 years of experience
?Ability to lead presentations to large groups and tie business problems to technical solutions.
?Excellent communication skills and your ability to relay and simplify complicated concepts to non-technical people while maintaining the ability to speak to highly technical people.
?Hands-on personal lines and/or commercial lines pricing and/or actuarial and/or underwriting experience with a view of how to transform the industry with cutting-edge technology.
?Skills with the ability to draw connections between analytical solutions modern technology and business value.
?Ability to talk on a peer-to-peer level with senior insurance executives including Heads of LOBs Heads of Products CIOs and business teams such as Pricing Actuarial IT and Product teams at the largest insurance carriers
