Lead Installation Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Lead Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of installation experience and proven ability to lead a team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and the successful candidate will be provided with a company truck and gas card.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of installation technicians
• Oversee and participate in the installation of equipment and systems- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls
• Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of installation experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
