Summary:

Provide timely and professional administrative support to the site.

Job Duties include:
?Providing administrative and organizational support to the manufacturing team
?Performing advanced office functions
?Creating database for spreadsheets supported with charts
?Drafting interoffice correspondence
?Purchasing production supplies and pallets
?Receiving and approving invoices for accounts payable
?Reading/analyzing statistical and manufacturing reports to provide data, graphs, trends and spreadsheets consistent with business needs. Experience providing closed job analysis data is highly desirable.
?Other duties assigned

Required skills include:
?Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
?Experience creating/editing Purchase Orders, online purchasing, and data entry
?Detail oriented with strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills
?Telephone skills with emphasis on taking concise written messages and information.

Education:
?Education and experience: HS diploma or GED, degree preferred, and 2 years administrative experience.
