Position Details:
? No experience needed - We believe in building our people from the ground up and allowing them to expand on their natural abilities in order to launch them into a successful career.
? Excellent pay - Competitive starting base pay not based on sales or results ($25.00 base-appt), commissions available based on performance.
? Flexible schedules -We provide flexible schedules for all members whether it's working around classes or another job. Summer work is available for those looking for temporary work.
? Product - We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods or sales isn't needed.
? Advancement - Reps who work here long term (even if they work part time) are able to move along several different paths including management and career sales professional.
? Choice of Location - Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.

Requirements: ? Enjoy working with people ? All ages 18+ or 17 and a high school graduate ? Conditions apply ? Able to start within the next seven to ten days

Who would do well:People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashiers, administrative assistant, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine.
