Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud ERP PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud ERP PPM solutions for project billing and costing. You will collaborate with finance teams to drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency. You will also troubleshoot and enhance ERP functionalities to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities: ? Implement Oracle Cloud ERP PPM: Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP PPM modules focused on project billing, costing, and financial management. ? Ensure Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system, specifically for project-related financial transactions, billing, and cost allocations. ? Reporting Efficiency: Develop, configure, and maintain reporting structures for accurate financial reporting, dashboards, and project performance analysis. ? Collaborate with Finance Teams: Work closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to understand project costing and billing requirements and implement process improvements. ? Troubleshoot and Enhance ERP Functionalities: Identify areas for enhancement within the ERP system and provide recommendations to optimize functionality and system performance. ? Support End-Users: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Oracle Cloud ERP PPM functionalities. ? System Configuration: Configure Oracle Cloud ERP PPM modules to support business requirements, including setting up project structures, billing cycles, and cost allocations. ? Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to ensure the ERP system supports accurate project tracking, billing, and resource allocation. ? Documentation and Best Practices: Document functional specifications, system configurations, and process improvements in accordance with best practices and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Experience: 8+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud ERP PPM solutions, specifically in project billing, costing, and financial management. ? Oracle Cloud ERP Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) module. ? Financial and Project Management: In-depth knowledge of project accounting, project costing, billing, and financial reporting. ? Data Accuracy & Reporting: Proven ability to ensure data integrity and develop efficient financial reports within Oracle Cloud ERP. ? Process Improvements: Experience working with finance teams to streamline business processes and implement system improvements. ? ERP Customization: Ability to configure, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP functionalities to meet business requirements. ? Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to ERP systems. ? Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with finance, project management, and IT teams. ? Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Oracle reporting tools, and data integration techniques is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Certifications: Oracle Cloud ERP certifications, specifically in PPM or financial management, is a plus. ? Cloud Platform Expertise: Experience with cloud technologies, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). ? Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). ? Bachelor?s Degree: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
