Job Summary

Duties
? Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

? Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and provide information to potential customers.
? Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and sales information.
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any issues that arise.
? Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies.
? Maintain an organized office environment to facilitate smooth operations.

Experience
? Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment is preferred.
? Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
? Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and another language.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
? Familiarity with cash handling processes is a plus.
? A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
