Job Snapshot:
? Contract Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
? Hours: 37.5 hours per week
? Caseload: K-12 students with varying needs
? Compensation: $32-$37/hour (dependent on experience)
? Start Date: As soon as possible

What You'll Be Doing:
? Deliver direct instruction in a virtual classroom setting.
? Provide personalized learning interventions based on student IEP goals.
? Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote inclusive education.
? Document all instructional activities and maintain accurate student records.

Required Skills and Credentials:
? Valid Special Education Certification in Washington
? Bachelor?s or Master?s in Special Education or a related field
? Experience managing caseloads and IEP implementation
? Reliable internet and proficiency with remote learning tools
