Key Responsibilities: Transcribe audio and video recordings with high accuracy. Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure quality. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Adhere to specific guidelines for each project. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements: 18 years of age or older. Reside in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or the United States of America. Speak and write native American English. Excellent listening and attention to detail. Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute. Strong internet connection and reliable computer.
