Transaction Management Specialist

This role provides consistent and high-quality customer service support to internal and external customers. Main Responsibilities: ? Process proof of deposit work through the item processing system ? Process and balance all branch items and transit items Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Previous customer service experience ? Previous banking experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, strong PC skills, working knowledge of common Office applications (Word & Excel), and internet applications. A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
