About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking to provide foundational operational and contact center services to consumer, small business, and wholesale customers. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class customer experience through various communication channels while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
? Support customers and improve inquiries or issues with empathy regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.

? Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.

? Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers effectively.

? Escalate questions and issues to more senior employees as necessary.

Requirements
? 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

? Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issues.
,
? Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment.
,
? Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism.
,
? Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication.
